1. General
a. The website www.eingev.com (hereinafter – the “Internet Website”), is the official website for the Ein Gev Holiday Resort (hereinafter- the “Holiday Resort”).
Reserving lodging at the Holiday Resort is possible using this website or by phoning the number 04-6659800.
b. Anyone who enters the website and/or anyone who makes a reservation and/or is interested in reserving lodging using this website (hereinafter- the “User"), declare that they have read this statute, understood well what is said in it and that they agree with all its instructions and stipulations, and that they and/or anyone on their behalf shall have no claim and/or demand and/or suit, directly and/or indirectly against the Holiday Resort and/or any of its owners and/or its employees and/or anyone on their behalf and/or any of the website’s operators.
c. The User may make use of this website only for the reservation and purchase of services and/or receipt of information. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that it is prohibited to make any use of the website, except for the specified in this statute and that the hotel reserves its rights in this matter. It shall be made clear that illegal use of this website and/or the information it contains is in breach of copyrights or other laws connected with it.
d. Anyone who reserves lodging using this website will be required to submit their personal details, including identification card no. / passport no. and credit card number.
e. A user who is interested in purchasing services using the website will be required to submit details as required on the website (hereinafter – the “Purchase Details”).
f. The Holiday Resort and/or anyone on its behalf are not responsible, directly or indirectly, for a case in which the purchase details were not received in the system and/or any technical and/or other problem which prevents the User from purchasing services using the Website.
g. The Holiday Resort and/or the site’s owners and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or any of its employees and/or anyone on their behalf shall not be held responsible for an error made by the User in the typing of the Purchase Details, including but not only, error in choosing the vacation package, date, number of beds, number of rooms, meals as well as any other service to be ordered by the User through the website and the User hereby declares that he/she shall have no claim and/or suit and/or demand in this matter.
h. It is hereby clarified that typing false Purchase Details is a criminal offense and that the hotel shall be entitled to take any means necessary at its disposal by any law against those who submit false details, including claims for damages due to damages which may be caused to the website, its operators and/or anyone on their behalf.
i. The credit card details fed on the website are for the purposes of guaranteeing the reservation.
j. During the end of the online booking process, the Buyer shall receive an automatic email message confirming the execution of the booking, including a reservation number.
2. Reservation of Rights
a. All rights on the website are exclusively reserved to the Holiday Resort and the trademarks displayed on the website belong to the Holiday Resort. The information on this website is not to be copied, duplicated, distributed, sold or changed without advanced written notice by the Holiday Resort, except for cases of downloading information for personal and non-commercial use.
b. The Holiday Resort is entitled, at its sole discretion and without warning, to change from time to time, this statute, the use conditions of the website, the website’s structure, its content, its appearance, including the extent and availability of the services offered in it, and any other aspect involved on the website and its operation. The validity of the aforesaid changes shall be from the day they are published on the website, unless otherwise explicitly determined.
c. The Holiday Resort is entitled to cancel or change the reservation receipt conditions as well as all the prices advertised on the website and for the User at any time, including after the order was executed, and the User shall have no suit and/or claim and/or demand against the Holiday Resort in this matter.
d. The website is intended for reservations by private customers, as individuals and is not intended for group bookings of more than 5 rooms for the same hotel at the same time.
e. The Holiday Resort may not confirm the reservation request for any reason whatsoever, at its sole discretion and without having to provide explanations and the User shall have no claim and/or suit and/or demand against the Holiday Resort on this matter.
f. Links can be found on the website (hereinafter – “Links”) to other internet websites (hereinafter – the “Linked Websites”). The aforesaid Links are intended for the User’s convenience and for this purpose alone. The Holiday Resort is not responsible for Links and/or Linked Websites and/or the information displayed in them, their validity, their correctness and their legality. Any use and/or entry to the Links and/or Linked Websites are at the User’s sole discretion.
g. In order to link and/or display the website--www.eingev.com on other websites, the Holiday Resort must be approached in order to receive a written approval.
3. Terms and Restrictions
a. The prices on the website are in new shekels, include VAT and are intended for Israelis alone.
For customers of a foreign citizenship (who do not hold an Israeli citizenship as well) room booking on the website shall be enabled according to the prices advertised on the website in English. The payment shall be carried out in foreign currency, or in shekels, according to the correct dollar representative rate true to the day of payment, as was advertised by the Bank of Israel.
b. The Holiday Resort may change at any time the terms of this statute, including receipt of reservations and lodging prices.
c. The number of places on the Holiday Resort is limited and the execution of the lodging reservation is on a stand-by basis only.
d. Check-in: weekdays - 15:00 Sat.&Holidays - 19:00
Check-out: weekdays - 11:00, Sat.& Holidays - 16:00
e. Baby- anyone who is up to 3 years old; Child- anyone who is 3 years old and up to 13 years old.
f. Room reservation shall be possible only for adults over 18 years old. The stay of children and youths under the age of 18 shall be possible only when accompanied by an adult over 21 years old.
g. The photos on the website are intended for illustration only and are not obligating for the Holiday Resort.
h. The reservations department at the Holiday Resort is not responsible for errors made by the User in typing the order’s details, including wrong date, age and/or number of guests, number of rooms and any other service ordered using the website.
4. Cancellation Policy
a. Reservation cancellation must be made only at this site.
b. Reservation Cancellation : Cancellation free of charge up to 1 day prior arrival by 6 pm .

6. Liability Limitation
a. The Holiday Resort and/or any of the website’s operators and/or of its owners and/or of its managers and/or of its employees and/or any one of them or on their behalf, shall not bear any responsibility for the server, using which the website operates, including that the aforesaid server shall be clear of viruses and/or other components which may harm the User’s personal computer while surfing on the website and/or purchasing services using the website and/or any other use of the website and the User shall have no claim and/or suit and/or demand towards the Holiday Resort and/or anyone of the website’s operators and/or of its owners and/or of its managers and/or of its employees and/or anyone on their behalf in regards with the aforesaid injuries.
b. The Holiday Resort is not liable for any sort and kind of damage to be caused as a result of a failure and/or delay of any sort or kind whatsoever, which shall be caused as a result of the use of the website and/or attempt to use as aforesaid, including the Holiday Resort and/or anyone on its behalf in regards with the aforesaid.
c. The Holiday Resort is not responsible for any illegal activity which may be carried out, as it may be carried out, by any of the Users of the website and/or any other element over which it has no control.
d. The Holiday Resort is entitled to prevent or stop the access of any User to any part of the website and the User shall have no suit and/or claim and/or demand against the Holiday Resort in this matter.
e. The Holiday Resort and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for the content and nature of the information displayed on the website and on behalf of the Holiday Resort, in anything regarding information which originates with any third parties whatsoever including advertising adverts and the User shall have no claim and/or suit and/or demand against the Holiday Resort and/or anyone on its behalf due to that.
f. All the photos displayed on the website are for illustration only – since the photos are displayed on the User’s computer screen and/or printed by the User from the computer screen, there may be differences and changes in the appearance of the products in the photo and their appearance in reality.
7. Unique Local Jurisdiction
Any conflict and/or dispute in regards with this statute and/or the website, if and when it shall arise, will be clarified in Israel , according to the laws of the State of Israel alone and at the authorized court in the city of Nazareth Illit alone.
